The Bailine training simulator encourages increased physical activity. Bailine uses an electronic, microprocessor controlled training simulator with sixteen or more stimulation channels.

The simulator sends impulses to the muscles causing muscles to contract. On the basis of basic physiological conditions, these muscles will experience a pulsating tightening / relaxation activity. The activation will mobilize tight muscles, and cause muscles with little activity to increase in strength.

In both cases, this follows normalization, even the effect the Biofeedback activity has on the central nervous system.
